Russell Kenneth Alexander Martin (born 4 January 1986) is a professional football manager and former player who is the manager of Championship club Southampton. Starting his career with Brighton, for whom he did not feature in a league match, Martin established himself at Wycombe Wanderers, for whom he made over 100 appearances. Following a brief spell with Peterborough, Martin joined Norwich City in time to play an important part in the team's rise to the Premier League.
