George Jesse Hill Jr. (born May 4, 1986) is an American professional basketball player for the Cleveland Cavaliers of the National Basketball Association (NBA). While playing for Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) he received many honors, including Summit League Player of the Year and was an honorable mention All-American his junior season. He was selected 26th overall by the San Antonio Spurs in the 2008 NBA draft.
