John Keaton Buckley (born 13 October 1999) is an English professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Sheffield Wednesday on loan from Blackburn Rovers. Career Blackburn Rovers Buckley joined Blackburn Rovers as a 6 year old and has risen through the youth ranks. On 26 January 2018, Buckley signed his first professional contract. On 1 March 2019, Buckley signed a new long-term deal with the club. On 16 March 2019, Buckley made his debut for the first team in the Football League Championship game against Sheffield Wednesday. On 2 November 2019, Buckley scored his first senior goal for Blackburn Rovers in a 2–1 win against Sheffield Wednesday at Ewood Park.
